Tracy Cook

Tracy Cook is an Associate Director of R&H Restructuring (BVI) Ltd. and has over 20 years’ experience specialising in a variety of insolvency and restructuring procedures along with asset tracing and recovery.

Tracy has been in the BVI since 2018, and in that time has managed a number of high-profile, multi-jurisdictional engagements including insolvency, restructuring and forensic engagements across a wide range of industry sectors. Prior to that, Tracy worked at several leading Insolvency firms and independent boutique firms in the United Kingdom. She is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner in the BVI.

Tracy is a board member and Treasurer of the Recovery & Insolvency Specialists Association (BVI).
