Barnaby Davies and Robert Knight promoted with R&H Restructuring Cayman

May 2026 – R&H Restructuring (Cayman) is pleased to announce the promotions of Barnaby Davies and Robert Knight in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the firm and continued commitment to delivering exceptional client service across complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements.

Barnaby Davies has been promoted to Associate Director. He specialises in cross-border restructuring and insolvency, advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters with a focus on asset tracing, recoveries, and contentious engagements. With over a decade of experience, he works closely with stakeholders across distressed and disputed situations, bringing a practical, commercially focused approach to formal insolvency processes. Barnaby is ACCA-qualified, holds the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Robert Knight has been promoted to Senior Manager. Robert brings more than 10 years of insolvency and restructuring expertise and has extensive experience managing cross-border projects, as well as complex restructuring and liquidation cases in both the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands. Robert holds the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) qualification and is a member of RISA in the Cayman Islands.
