Lewis Sedge is a Senior Manager of R&H Restructuring (BVI) Ltd., with over 10 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency. Since 2012, he has specialised in contentious insolvency matters, with a particular focus on asset tracing and recovery, fraud investigations, and complex financial investigations across multiple jurisdictions.

Lewis has extensive experience in cross-border engagements involving the identification, tracing, and recovery of misappropriated assets, as well as the investigation of suspected fraud and tax avoidance structures. His work regularly involves coordinating with legal and financial professionals across international jurisdictions to support litigation, asset recovery, and enforcement strategies.

His notable assignments include leading investigations into the estate of a Russian oligarch, which resulted in litigation across several jurisdictions. He has also been heavily involved in the winding up of offshore companies and trusts, to identify and realise assets and claims in a variety of insolvency and restructuring matters.

Lewis is JIE-qualified in personal insolvency (UK) and combines technical insolvency expertise with a strong investigative background to provide commercially focused advice to clients facing complex and often contentious situations.
