Chris Smith

Chris is a UK qualified and licensed Insolvency Practitioner and an Insolvency Practitioner in the Cayman Islands. He is a Director of R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd. and specializes in restructuring and liquidation assignments, particularly those with a cross border element.

Chris has extensive experience advising stakeholders and investors in distressed situations and acting as Official Liquidator appointed by the Grand Court. Aside from the Cayman Islands, he has previously taken appointments in the UK, Gibraltar and Bermuda.

Chris is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3), The American Bankruptcy Institute, INSOL and RISA
